What You Should Know About The Fletcher Sisters

Sara, Erin and Jordan Fletcher are the entrepreneurial sisters taking over Southern Florida. They are the daughter's of music mogul David W. Fletcher and former model Rebecca Ianiro. Sara and Erin were 5 and 4 years old when their parents spilt, Jordan, the youngest of the Fletcher bunch, was 6 months. The sisters never lived with their father and rarely saw during their childhood. The sisters moved to Sarasota in 1990 where they lived with their mother and stepfather, Richard Ianiro, their brother Brendan, their two younger half-sisters, Naomi and Italia Ianiro and their step-sisters Rachel and Lindsay Ianiro.

Sara went on to study business at the University of Michigan (where she dated Tom Brady) and Yale. Jordan studied Fashion Business Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York. Erin stayed close to home. With her aspirations of becoming a writer, she attended the University of Tampa and majored in English Literature.

In 2008, Erin starred in the short lived reality show, Like Royalty alongside Spencer Pryor and her stepbrother Brody Jackson, Sara transitioned from model to actress, Jordan was at FIT. 
In 2010 Erin went from reality television personality to stand up comedian, Sara retired as an actress/model following the birth of her daughter Valentina. In 2011, Erin and Sara bought St. Marcos and Jordan moved to London. In 2015, the trio founded Influence Style.

The trio have created a philosophy when it comes to working together. "Like in any working relationship, what's important is starting with a clean slate" Erin said "Sometimes you need to sit down and sort sh*t out." "We've had five hour conversations where we are like tell me everything your mad about and I'll tell you everything I'm mad about and let's hash it out." Jordan added.
